  • Travelers assume full responsibility for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance before departure.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and lost baggage. The Pryce of Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.

8. Traveler Conduct

All travelers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during tours. The Pryce of Travel reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client’s behavior causes disturbance, damage, or risk to others or property, without refund.

9. Documentation & Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid and meet destination requirements. The Pryce of Travel is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect or missing documentation.

The Pryce of Travel shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability
